Forgot to post last night because right as I took my evening dose at 10:15, my friend from Portland called& we had a long talk. By the time we hung up I was exhausted. I got home from the city shortly before 7pm and was sweaty and gross. My body does not regulate temperature well at all. Took another shower and felt normal. 

The main problems before the dose were the hand tremor and finger locking& just some minor shuffling on the left side, which just could have been due to all the running around town, according to my watch,I did 6 miles through midtown.

As I drifted off to sleep, I was stuck on, yet again, how damn lonely I am because my father's always away and...well...it's nice to have a friend in Portland to talk to, I can't exactly go to a diner and have a chat.

I slept ok, I found a YouTube live stream channel that plays old Weather Channel music, which I fell asleep to when I was younger(don't judge, it works)... So that's helpful. Unlike the damn neighbors German Shepard who barks. All. The. Time.
