Just took my late afternoon dose. Going to try and go get some photos since I am way out of practice. This despite my left leg still being fairly but not totally rigid.

The foot feels like it wants to curl but I'm managing to stave it off for now.  The hand... Just feels kinda sore but not freezing or locking so that's good.
