So I made it through the meeting kinda fighting the tightness, which persisted till after the 9am dose, but I managed.

I haven't done anything did in....oh...>checks watch<....I dunno, 3 hours, or since I put up the message that you're probably going to rip me to pieces about. Anyway,I wanted to see how long I could last on that morning dose, so I went to physical therapy and pushed myself to try& blast through any symptoms.

The treadmill was tough, and there is the exercise where I lay down on my side and rotate the other side out stretching with my arm. That was difficult, and I got a lil lightheaded standing up from it, but I didn't stumble or fall, so yay?

I took the usual 11am-noon dose actually at around 1, so I did the majority of PT either on a rapidly lowering dose or without any meds in my system. The toes did not curl. The calf, ankle and foot did curl a bit, but there was and still is some pain in the calf. I noticed it did kinda want to jump out on me, like it did on the activation day, but no where that bad. I was able to hold it down.

The left arm is still snappy& the hand is fairly tremory today, fingers not locking as much.
