Nov.2, noon &4pm

Had to combine these posts because I was driving/stuck in traffic. I had to go to my city office for NYRR to pick up my credentials and marathon work gear... Even though I'm working here on SI. They could have just mailed it, but that would have imbued then with common sense...

Anyway, I somehow managed to, in the middle of traffic, manage to get my medication in me around noon. Until that point, my left leg was a little free and floppy. Hand was good, but my head, it felt and still feels... Kinda lumpy.

The 4pm dose was more closer to 445 cause I figured it'd be better to take it at home and I was getting on the Verazzano bridge then. Leg was still flopping around a lil, but manageable. Hand is tight now though.
