Sorry for the lack of updates, the holidays have begun their annual tradition of eating my time alive. Turns out for somebody who has no social life like I do.... I'm surprisingly busy oddly enough.

The Left arm continues to be a problem with the snapping... And it seems to happen at the end of the dose,each dose actually...the toes have gotten better,as evidenced by my ability to walk to and from my first Physical Therapy appointment with Sam since my arm injury.

The back of my left knee though... And this is gonna sound weird, it's tingling. Not painful, and just started today. It's just... Funny feeling.
