Heres what I got for my end of the script. I Think I gave you all the good lines, hahaha. Let me know if you think anything needs to be changed...

Greetings, I’m Luke Crisalli, Popular Photography Magazine’s “Least Sexy Photographer” for 17 years running.
Aside from being an excellent photographer, I’m also a person with Parkinson’s Disease, which is a brain disorder that causes unintended or uncontrollable movements, such as shaking, stiffness, and difficulty with balance and coordination. Symptoms usually begin gradually and worsen over time. As the disease progresses, people may have difficulty walking and talking. It affects over 200,000 people each year, and as of now there is no known cure.
But there will be, and that’s where you come in. Yes, you.
You see, the amazing team here at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City is working hard, every single day, even that joke of a holiday, Valentines Day - to not only find a cure to soon beat the disease, but to take care of patients everyday, like me, who are currently dealing with it.
Just last year in fact, I underwent Deep Brain Stimulation surgery to delay the more intense symptoms of PD.
Now, with the help of my neurologist Dr. Katherine Leaver, and her dedicated team here at Mount Sinai Downtown, I am doing better than ever, but there’s still work to be done.
You might have heard about my "Looking Up Project." The concept is simple, I stand in an elevated position and photograph you, smiling, looking up at me. I think of it as a different take on a school photo, but without the itchy sweater your parents made you wear. That's it, it's that simple.
I started the project in 2014, now, after a brief pause due to the world nearly ending, all systems are go & we are going all in to help out Dr. Leaver's team at the movement disorder clinic here at Mount Sinai, and you can help!
"But how can I help and will you please stop raiding my fridge?" You ask…?
Well, no, because I crave pie. And to your first question, the images I shoot for this project will be featured in both a book and gallery installation with the proceeds going directly to Dr. Leaver and the team here at Mount Sinai.
"Really though, do I have to smile? I hate smiling." Yes!! The whole point of this is to inspire and offer hope. So, remember your best day, favorite childhood memory…or that really good sandwich you had for lunch. It's all about the food.
We really want to get moving on this fast though, so we can help as many patients as possible. So, when I see you, remember to look up!
Now, Dr. Leaver...
