Thank you again for seeing me again today. 

So just to clarify, we're thinking the probable cause of much of this is overdoing it at NYCC? If so, why the delay? And how do I manage to function in heighted times of excitement/stress going forward?

About the elbow and this is kind of a heavy ask(shocker), but, since I view you & you're opinion more than some others, would you be willing to give an un-expert expert opinion on the current elbow guy... As a trusted confidant/buddy/fellow human with limbs? It would stay 100% strictly between us unless you want it otherwise. I mean that. Total confidentiality is tantamount,as it always is( I don't know if you realize, your privacy, hell everyone's privacy means a lot to me). Id ask Sam, but she knows him very well because their offices are next to each other and she gets a lot of his patients, so even though there's likely no bias...I dunno, I need some outside but informed voice, and like I said, based on today, I dunno how long I have until it gives out again. Don't feel like you need to, and again, I get it if you can't or don't want to, no explanation necessary.

I am beyond grateful for your care. My 9year diagnos-aversry is coming up on Nov. 19, which is a Sunday...but I still plan on celebrating the day... because you know what? I think it's worth it. The reasoning may be crazy but it gave me you,it gave me Sam, and so many other, caring, considerate, and downright just good people. Its not about how you meet someone, it's about what they mean to you.

You can quote me on that. Haha. I dunno what I'm going to do that day yet, maybe I'll wind up at Steve's for pie and bump into someone??? I'll see what the elbow let's me do. Next year though, I'm goin all out for the 10year diagnos-aversry.

Next. I'm curious as to your Halloween costumes of years past...no ducking this question. Hahaha. You got to hear mine. I think it's only fair. :-P
