Well that went ok.  Within 5 mins of exiting the building, my left leg and arm started pulling in, not too much on the arm, and the fingers were a-ok, no tremor there. The leg was pulling in and taking the foot with it, but not the toes, so I guess that's a win? Haha... the mouth was pretty bad too though. It's weird, it's almost like my body/mind knows the moment I leave the building to act up&I'm walking around the holiday market or the Strand or Forbidden Planet like some kind of weirdo and again since it's NYC, no one takes a second glance. Except the tourists.

The upper body is fine, but now the for won't stop turning and the toes are curling,but not staying curled, it's not a tremor persay, but almost like a pulsing sensation.

Sam has the script& is ready to go next week. I don't want her to do this light. I wanna go all-in,balls to the wall. I wanna run a 5k before the end of 2025. Half by next year. I'm tired of being tired,I want to be in the best shape I can be.

I'm a lil worried when you asked about Dr. Leighton...You're not trying to replace yourself with her, are you? You're irreplaceable& I know I'm a needy bastard, but you're my team leader& I kinda enjoy my Epione time(hey that rhymes)& hugs,even if it is under these circumstances(if you could daydream how we'd otherwise meet,that'd be fun. I like to think if I didn't have PD, we'd have met in the Strand.) I think she's good, most importantly she seems confident& comfortable,that's important. Even if she's fresh&new, she doesn't seem unsure. If you're trying to set me up, haha, she's married(aren't they all?)

I'm serious about you getting out there more&doing symposiums or speaking engagements,you're smart,fun,personable, everyone likes you-hey, It could be more cash and an opportunity to learn more. That's just my opinion though. I was thinkin of writing a letter to the CEO(how rare it'd be for a medically centric CEO to get some positive news, huh?) telling him how excellent you've all been.

In addition to this, I wanna nominate you& Dr. Panov,as well as everyone in your staffs(Joan,Lizette,Natalya,Mirabelle, Orlando,Eugenia, Isamarire,etc.)for a Cullman award, you've all more than earned it& then some.

I hope I didn't overdo it with the gifts, as I said I still have two coming in,you're worth it. More than worth it. 

That reminds me!! I need a really good selfie of you& your mugs for Megan's Etsy! Maybe, if possible one with all of em..? If not it's no biggie. Don't stress over it!

Speaking of photos...I think we both mentioned having some of mine hanging in the hallways, if I provide some prints,can you make it happen? I think we can re-use the frames at least.

I know I,"called you out" on the shoes,but I really liked em! They didn't look 'frumpy' in a bad way at all. In fact,I'd like to see you let more personality fly. I like it when ya do that. I think we've come far enough that you know you can back down from the wall around me. Besides,I'm still waitin for you to wear something green around me. ( Thanks to your"influence"I now have 10 different pairs of green socks. Apparently I was lacking in only that category. Green shirts I had a ton of before we meet.)I do have non green clothes,I just feel like it's become so much a part of me, that I almost have to wear it.
