PT went good the other day, surprisingly so, I made it fast walking 10 mins on the treadmill. The left leg and foot wanted to curl in but I fought it successfully. And powered through. Plus I found it Sam finally got engaged to her long time boyfriend, which makes me happy since they've been going out for like 6-7 years and I've been hoping for them forever. 

Today symptoms are bad. The mouth and jaw are very bad, hanging open despite my best efforts, to the point where the jaw hurts. The left toes are slightly curling, and the knee is twitching, the hand is tight as well, but no tremor. I'm a bit frustrated with things today, which I doubt is helping.
