On DBS went 0.85 on the new setting..

Also went to group 4/17/25.

I had to take some action. It is getting really bad. Opening a border bottle or a bottle of Gatorade. I suddenly squeeze it too tight with my right hand and it squeezes all over the place. It's embarrassing. I can't walk downstairs, can barely make it upstairs in my own house, I'm not even gonna try walking outside. 

This is the opposite of fun.

Monday, December 21st 2025 update 12:25 12:30 p.m. switched to grp B on adaptive that will be active. Still got tightness of left leg&toe curling tightness of both hands. Squeezing&clenching both hands left fingers curling&side being pulled back on left side....feel like I'm going to damn fall over.
