For the past few hours my head feels like there's been this... Structure or ring attached to my head. It didn't hurt at first but now it feels like it's squeezing a little.

It's not overly painful but very noticeable.

Still getting body shocks regularly. 

Balance & leaning are bad. Stairs are hard.

Sunday, Jan. 10,2026 7:30pm:

Did the past3-4 hours, I've felt like, once again, line my head is being squeezed by a tight hat, but only around the part above my ears. It's kinda painful, but not extreme. 

The balance is hard, I is almost fell a few times today. It made walking at work tough. 

Left fingers have been catching, right hand slight tremor& some left toe curling.
