Have had killer headaches for 2 days now, in the morning and evening. Took riziatriptan today, no real effect. Have had headaches for 2 ½ weeks now at carrying times but none as bad as today. 

Left Arm still snapping, hands slightly better, leg still kicking out, toes are a little curly

7pm update: headaches continue, but the real issue is my left leg just not wanting to go, and some toe curling
